Join the Trek Across Maine and Baxter Brewing Co. for our Bend & Brew event!

We will have Trek volunteer and yoga instructor Judi Look leading this one hour, all level vinyasa yoga class inside the Brewery. Judi has over 5 years of experience teaching yin and resorative yoga and currently practices at the YMCA in Auburn.

All participants will receive a free brew and beer flight generously donated from Baxter Brewing. The Trek Across Maine will be giving away goodies and providing information about their annual event. All proceeds will go directly to the American Lung Association’s fundraising event, the Trek Across Maine.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early (by 12:30) in order to allow time to set up your mat and meet the Trek crew. Participants will have the option to participate in a free brewery tour after the yoga session starting at 2pm. We hope to see you there!

What to bring:

-Yoga mat

-Blanket (optional)

-Warm clothes (the brewery is set at a cooler temperatures so make sure to wear layers)

-Valid ID

Join us again for our most sought-after event!
Heidi Audet, co-owner of Chill Yoga will lead us through a 45 minute yoga session in the rustic Bates Mill, home to Baxter Brewing company. You will be lead to the tasting room of Baxter Brewing where you will be greeted by our tasting room Manager and chef of Mother India who have built a food/beer pairing menu we know you’ll be impressed with.

1st Course:
Aloo Tikki paired with Per Diem Porter
*potato and spiced vegetables, deep fried

2nd Course:
Dal Makhani paired with Ceremony Green Tea IPA
*yellow lentils sautéed over a low flame, laced with cream, Indian spices

3rd Course:
Nav Rattan Korma paired with Stowaway IPA
*A traditional merging of nine gems: fresh cauliflower, eggplant, green pepper, homepage cheese, green peas, potatoes, tomatoes, chews, and raisins. Sautéed with ginger, garlic onions, cardamom, cloves, and special Indian spices.

Dessert Course:
Gulab Jumon paired with a special brew of Wicked Dark Imperial Stout infused with ginger, cardamom, and honey.
*Golden fried cheese ball soaked in honey syrup.
