Join us for a 2-night, 3-day retreat that combines adventures of the body (Stand-Up-Paddle-Boarding) with adventures of the soul (yoga twice a day, journaling, meditation and relaxation). Each day, we facilitate 2-3 yoga practices to take advantage of the natural rhythms of the body: an energizing morning practice, a mid-day practice and a restorative, relaxing evening practice. We also tailor our yoga practice to complement the season and our outdoor activities.
