oin us this summer for our first Camping Retreat in beautiful, picturesque Acadia National Park! This weekend retreat will consist of 3 nights/4 days of camping, hiking, paddleboarding, yoga and the ultimate connection with nature.
Acadia National Park, located on Mount Desert Island, is a stunning national treasure on the coast of Maine. No matter where you explore in this park, the views are spectacular and nature abounds. No wonder this is one of the most visited parks in all of North America!
Acadia National Park offers hiking, biking, camping, breathtaking views of jagged coastlines, and pristine lakes for the nature lover, adventurer and outdoor enthusiast. More than two dozen mountains rise above the rocky shore, including Cadillac Mountain, which at 1,530 feet is the highest point on the U.S. Atlantic coast. There are more than 130 miles of hiking trails to explore by foot and 45 miles of carriage roads to travel by bike. Also, side note: Acadia is one of the best places on the east coast to view the Milky Way and you will LOVE star gazing by the fireside at night
We will be staying at the KOA Oceanside Campground located in Bar Harbor, situated at the head of Mount Desert Island, just 7 miles from the entrance of Acadia National Park. We offer two options for camping accommodations; Comfort shared Cabins or Oceanview Tent sites.
Comfort shared Cabins: These cabins make a great base camp and will provide you with many of the comforts of home and allow you to fully experience Acadia. Tucked back in the Maine woods but still close to the shoreline, you can walk right out your front door and enjoy the sunset. Cabins are equipped with bedding and all linens, a full bathroom with shower, microwave, refrigerator, sink, keurig coffee maker, outdoor grill, air conditioning, WiFi, fire pit, and a TV.
Ocean View Tent sites: A room with a view! All our tent sites offer an Ocean View. Pitch your 2 person tent near the ocean and watch the sky melt into sunset pastels while you warm by the campfire. Enjoy easy access to the sea for swimming and paddleboarding. Bathhouses, laundry, and hot showers are nearby in walking distance. Leashed pets welcome at your campsite.
How does a weekend with your pals spent throwing axes, foraging for cocktails, playing barn games & cruising the Maine coast sound? Yeah, that’s what we thought. We have an epic weekend planned for our 2nd annual Adult Summer Camp weekend and hope you and your pals can join us. Let’s just break down the itinerary for you and we’ll see how fast you can herd that group of friends you have together and claim your spots!
Friday Night — We are putting together a ridonkulas welcome cornucopia at the campsites…a cured meats/local cheese/dippy-things bonanza and of course accompanied by adult beverages. Camp fires, s’mores & perhaps a ghost story or two will cap the evening off. (cue starry skies, the smell of pine and deliciously comfy bedding).
Saturday — Kick the day off with an open fire breakfast, enjoyed family style in the middle of the woods with cider mimosas, and make plans for the day. Yoga in the yurt? Hiking? Naps? Or yes, all three. Take the day to explore this special area in Maine’s mid-coast — we can hook you up with suggestions and optional custom services for the day! Just ask.
Saturday Night — Put on your walkin’ shoes. We’ll be moving through the different magical spots at Tops’l Farm for a progressive and locally sourced meal — starting at the barn with lawn games & cocktails — finishing at the campground for desert and more good times.
Sunday — Bloody Marys at the barn on your way out with optional archery school to cap off the weekend.
Cost: $499/person for a shared cabin — includes breakfasts & dinners and accommodations. Some activities included – others are a la cart.

Each day, we facilitate 2-3 yoga practices to take advantage of the natural rhythms of the body: an energizing morning practice, a mid-day practice and a restorative, relaxing evening practice. We also tailor our yoga practice to complement the season and our outdoor activities.
