Portland’s first duathlon race for kids gives young people ages 5-12 an opportunity to participate in the fast growing world of multi-sport. The run, bike, run format of a duathlon is fun and approachable for all.

Yoga & canoeing retreats include canoe instruction, daily yoga classes, delicious meals and exploratory adventures through natural wonders. Each day, we facilitate yoga practices to take advantage of the natural rhythms of the body and to compliment our level of canoeing for the day.
Cost: $1,000 before June 30th and $1,100 after.

Each day, we facilitate 2-3 yoga practices to take advantage of the natural rhythms of the body: an energizing morning practice, a mid-day practice and a restorative, relaxing evening practice.
