Tough Mountain Challenge @ Sunday River
Jul 28 @ 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tough Mountain Challenge @ Sunday River | Maine | United States

If you’re looking for something different – something as fun as it is tough without the ego and the crowds – welcome to the Tough Mountain Challenge. And we don’t just say we’re different, we really are. Our 4-ish mile course with 20+ obstacles runs up and down (and a little across) Sunday River resort. There’s mud, water, and steep hills to climb next to the uber-elite fit and the couch-to-mud-run-in-24-hours types. Old, young, lifetime athletes and the just starting out kind, we’re here to challenge you to where you want to be pushed. Our crew has just as much fun as the competitors; we like the poke the bear and make crass jokes. Throw in a shot-gun beer station halfway through, and you know you’re gonna have a good time.
