After many requests, goat yoga is happening!
Join Maine Yoga Adventures for a special day out with the animals at Lone Spruce Farm. We’ll meet up at the farm for a wonderful tour of the grounds. The Beauchamp family are the hearts and hands that make up Lone Spruce Farm in Dedham. Their farm is dedicated to education, community, and sustainable agriculture. They are doing all that they can to ensure a diverse, bright future. Maine Yoga Adventures is very excited to visit with a shared love for nature and community!
Adventurers will get to the know the goats a little better practicing yoga alongside them. Springtime at the farm means lots of babies to meet and greet! No yogi will mind getting distracted by cuteness.
A yummy vegetarian meal will be served of salad, bread, cheese & chocolate. We’ll then head out onto trails to soak in the beauty and relax beside a sweet creek.
Cost: $40. Please register online at maineyogaadventures.com or call 207-299-0082.
