Learn how to identify warblers by sight and sound with expert birder Fred Yost, starting at the parking across from Hancock Town Hall at the Old Pond Railway Trail at 8 am.
All hikes are free, open to the public, and full of fun and learning.

Yoga and Cancer classes are different from regular yoga classes you would typically find at your local studio. They are even different from classes that are called “gentle” or “restorative.” Yoga and Cancer was specifically designed to provide therapeutic benefits to cancer patients and survivors in a relaxed and supportive environment. Specific movements and postures along with mindful breathing and meditation techniques help manage stress and support the immune system. Yoga and Cancer will help you build strength, improve flexibility and range of motion and support the health of the cardiac and lymphatic systems.

Our Summer Beauty Paddles help to create and hold space for collective deep breaths in natural environments. We will meet monthly on Fridays over the summer to paddle, reflect, converse, and then return to our important work in the world. The paddles are about 2 hours in length and are a space for the justice-minded to gather and be together on the water.
These gatherings are at no cost to the community, but Renewal will not provide group canoes or kayaks (for now). Please either bring your own canoe or kayak or rent canoes at low cost.
Canoe rentals are available from Yarmouth Community Services (http://www.yarmouthcommunityservices.org/rentals) for $10. Please rent your canoe prior to our meet-up. We will meet at the boat launch behind the Yarmouth Historical Society, across from the Royal River Park. Bring your water bottle and a lunch or a snack.
