ConvenientMD Urgent Care presents the 2nd Annual Run the Ridge Trail Race, hosted by Discover Downtown Westbrook and Sunset Ridge! This is a trail and mowed path course and should be bursting with autumn colors for this mid-October race. It’s a beautiful course with a few challenging spots. A great way to finish out a year of training! We have three races – 5K, 10K, and a “K9 5K” (run with your dog!).

Early bird registration is just $20 through the end of Labor Day weekend with discount code RTREARLY. After that, it will be the regular price of $25 until online registration ends on Thursday, October 18, 11:59pm. You can also register at packet pickup on Friday, October 19 and on race day for $30 (cash/check) or $31 (credit/debit).

You are guaranteed a free tech race shirt if you register by October 3. Sizes and shirts are not guaranteed after October 3.

This race serves as a fundraiser for Discover Downtown Westbrook, to support their mission of economic and community revitalization in downtown Westbrook.

Join Amy for a basic bootcamp class followed by a free flight of kombucha ( jun, mead, cider or beer- we don’t judge!)

Bootcamp will be 45 min including warm up. This is a go at your own pace style workout & with modifications provided. All levels are welcome!!

Please bring sneakers you are comfortable exercising in, along with a yoga mat and water!
