Waterville Pub Run @ Meet at Concourse in Waterville

Join us for a weekly group run and pub social. We will meet at the Concourse in downtown Waterville near the back side of Key Bank. This is not a race or competitive event. We will go for a run of about 3 miles and then stop by one of the Waterville pubs. If enough people show up, we can split into multiple groups of different distances and/or speeds.

Join us for a 2-night, 3-day retreat that combines adventures of the body (Stand-Up-Paddle-Boarding) with adventures of the soul (yoga twice a day, journaling, meditation and relaxation). All athletic abilities are welcome—come renew your spirit and reawaken your passion! Registration closes September 1st.

Each day, we facilitate 2-3 yoga practices to take advantage of the natural rhythms of the body: an energizing morning practice, a mid-day practice and a restorative, relaxing evening practice. We also tailor our yoga practice to complement the season and our outdoor activities.

TIME TO LACE UP AND HIT THE TRAILS! We are excited to be hosting two trail races this season. Join us on Sunday, August 19th and Saturday, October 13th for a fun day at our headquarters! Pick from a 5k, 10k or half marathon….something for everyone! The course winds through our beautiful trail system and ends at our headquarters with a party you won’t want to miss! The events will feature music all day from The Music Man DJ Service, a beer tent, delicious food and games for the whole family!

All proceeds from the trail races benefit our educational programs. A win for everyone!
