All those who dare, beware of the wicked weird and totally freaky you might happen to meet. So run fast but not too far for the end is near— The question here is quite clear….will you find a trick or treat this year?
Join the brave at heart on October 27, 2018 at the Norway Town office for the Fourth Annual Wicked Weird and Totally Freaky Trick or Treat Trot by the Lake 5k/10k. This all ages and abilities event is sure to be bigger and better and weirder than the last!

Registration starts at 8:00, the 10k will kick off at 9:00, 5k will kick off 9:15 and the Wicked Walk will start at 9:25am. Join us after the races for entertainment and prizes for the top 5k/10k racers.
In 1980 The Progress Center Incorporated and today serves over 400 children, families and adults who experience disabilities and employ more than 160 Mainers all across the state. Located in the picturesque hills of Oxford County, The Progress Center has a proud history of supporting those in need. In addition to adult and children’s services, The Progress Center started the Community Kitchen in 2008. Our food initiatives include Level Up (food delivered to homeless/ at-risk youth at our local high school), Feel Better Food (home meal delivery program for patients recovering from hospitalization), and Food Distribution (more than 170,000lbs of food given to the food insecure) and a soup kitchen that feeds more than 175 people every Thursday.
As a non-profit organization we rely on our funders, sponsors and supporters to continue our mission which is “to promote independence and freedom of choice for the individuals we serve”. The annual Allspeed Halloween party & ride is back (ride is optional). Come on down for a good old time!
COSTUMES ARE ENCOURAGED..
To those wishing to join our group ride, the ride will leave from the shop at 6pm, head and tail lights are required. We’ll do our Monday night loop which is about 1.5 hours of riding.
We’ll provide the beer if you bring the grub! In the past we’ve done a pot luck and everyone brings something to share, we’ll do the same this year.

The night before Halloween, Sarah L will lead us through a vinyasa flow in the dark – set to some spooky and inspiring music to get us in the Halloween spirit.
A sensory class to candle light and breath. Fun adornments, halloween inspired clothing, and costumes encouraged! We’ll provide the glow in the dark body paint.
We look forward to sharing energy with you! Class passes and memberships will be accepted for this class. $15 drop in.
