Old Port Historic Workout was created and designed by Leigh Rush Olson for all fitness levels that entails a 90 minute workout beginning at Monument Square to warm up followed by speed walking/jogging to various landmarks and monuments to discuss historical facts and anecdotes of the Old Port’s rich history, all while performing various exercises for a super total body workout! Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and expect to have fun!
Old Port Historic Workout is available every Saturday at 10:15AM (May-October). Meet at 1 Monument Square in Portland, Maine next to the “Our Lady of Victories” Monument. Tickets available in advance for $20 per person at ticketweb.com by searching “Historic Workouts.” There is a public parking garage next to Monument Square and bathrooms directly across the street at the Portland Public Library on Congress Street.
