Yoga for runners and athletes is a workshop where we will focus on the demands of running and improve your overall functionality while also helping you prevent injuries in running or sports.

We will warm up at the studio and then go for a short run. We will end the workshop by doing a 45 minute yoga class geared towards injury prevention, stretching and relaxation.
