Solid tunes can make all the difference during a workout (a good beat and crank it loud, I say!), so having a live DJ during an indoor cycling class makes all the sense in the world to me. DJ Night at Turning Point Cycle & Fitness Studio in Scarborough (174 US Rte. 1) was led by instructor Lisa Fasulo, who pushed us to climb, climb, climb and then sprint our legs off.

It was a challenging 50 minutes – the puddle of sweat under my bike agrees. And DJ KK kept the energy up with loud music that *almost* made me forget I was exercising. It did make me want to dance in my bike saddle. Turning Point hosts DJ Nights every now and then (and indoor cycling and fitness classes all the time).
