There were planks and squats and partner sit-ups during the sheJAMs Power of SHE 5K Boot Camp on the field at Thompson’s Point yesterday. Participants also did a series of 3-minute runs, which added up to a 5K. So 5K + boot camp = an active morning well spent!

I don't like "exercise" any more than you do. But you know what I do like? Paddleboarding with friends all afternoon, followed by shandys on the beach. I like bike rides with pit stops for nachos, yoga classes held in breweries, group paddles to Fort Gorges, and winter hikes with spiked hot apple cider. I think you get the picture. Because Maine is my gym.
