Minions! Superheroes! A dinosaur, a clown, and the whole ensemble from Wizard of Oz.

It was costumes galore Saturday morning in Norway during the Wicked Weird and Totally Freaky Trick or Treat Trot by the Lake, which included a 5K, 10K and Wicked Walk. The races benefited The Progress Center and took runners and walkers through town and past Pennesseewassee Lake.

I don't like "exercise" any more than you do. But you know what I do like? Paddleboarding with friends all afternoon, followed by shandys on the beach. I like bike rides with pit stops for nachos, yoga classes held in breweries, group paddles to Fort Gorges, and winter hikes with spiked hot apple cider. I think you get the picture. Because Maine is my gym.
