This is a solid weekend for you budget-minded folks who still like to try new things. There are a number of free ways to work out – Barre classes and yoga and dancing – and an obstacle course workout that’s only $10. There’s also a donation yoga class in Cumberland – pay what you can to benefit Sea Change Yoga.

A gravel/road ride around Brewer Lake followed by cider by the fire! The ride will be approximately an hour and forty-five minutes, with a distance of 22 miles. The terrain will consist of gravel and road (so bring a mountain bike or gravel bike). After the ride there will be cider and a fire to warm up by. Please bring an appetizer to share and RSVP to Sarah, the event organizer, by private FB message.

A fun mix of cardio, functional fitness, and strength training! All fitness levels are welcome to this fun outdoor class. Try your hand at monkey bars, climbing over walls, and plenty of other fun obstacles. Whether you’re training for an obstacle race or not, outdoor obstacle fitness is a great way to experience challenges in a whole new way.
